In 2024, Dallas Theological Seminary began site hosting in the State of Michigan

DTS awards $6 Million in scholarships annually and over 90% graduate without DTS debt

• While DTS has students which come from over 70 different denominations that add to the vibrancy of the school; there is a reformed roots at DTS:

  • The founders of the school including Lewis Chafer were Presbyterian

  • Early faculty including renowned leaders such as John Walvoord and J. Dwight Pentecost were ordained Presbyterian faculty 

  • Some of the DTS Professors are 5 point or 4 point Calvinist

  • Presbyterian/Reformed is still in the top 4 of all the 70+ denominations at DTS according to the totals in the student survey in the 2025 catalog

  • Some DTS faculty and students hold views of Progressive Dispensationalism which is akin to Reformed/Covenant Theology

    • • One people of God - Israel and the church

      • The present spiritual reign of Christ

      • Compatibility with the Covenant of Works, Grace
